This depends on your skin type and texture, if you have very sensitive skin or a damaged skin barrier begin by using the brush 1-2 times per week. For the exfoliating side use once per week. Increase use gradually as tolerance increases. For normal skin types limit use of the exfoliating side to 3 times per week and the cleansing side to 5 times per week
